Refer a Patient
Anyone can make a referral to Hospice of Kitsap County!
Anyone -- physicians, family, friends, or patients can make a referral to hospice. HKC is also always available to make an informational visit to discuss individual situations. Please call Referrals & Admissions at 360-698-4611, or email us at info@hospicekc.org.
